138bt problems

I have a 138bt that is going in a 1995 tahoe, we already have an alpine mrx-f35 and an alpine m1000 installed in the vehicle. Before this head unit the customer had a alpine ida-x001. Now my problem is that with the old unit there were no problems at all with the system. the customer just simply wanted to upgrade to a more current unit and add bluetooth as well. Now with the 138bt when I turn the key on I get massive speaker pop out of the door speakers. I have tried different radios, different 4 channel amps, grounds, and just about everything I can think of, Im stumped. Was really wondering if the expertise on this forum could give me some advice on my next step.
