I bought two Pioneer TS-W304R sub woofers,12" 300RMS each 1300Watts output total of 2600 watts.I want to make a wedged enclosure with slot port.Now am confused with the port size and length.can anybody help in this?

The power rating on a subwoofer is the amount of input power it can handle, not the output power and by the way, the subs you purchased are rated at 300 watts each (the 1300 watt number is an instantaneous peak value.) I can recommend using an amplifier with output power no higher than 300 watts per sub.
As far as the proper size port, what tuning frequency are you trying for and what is the total size of your enclosure?

can you give us any measurements of the enclosure, or the space it will fit into?

port diameter: 3 inch

Enclosure dimensions
width is 34 inches,
Height 1:20inches,
height2 : 12inches,
depth 18 inches.

OK, so your dimensions are about 4.5 cuft gross, assuming you use 3/4" MDF. Subtracting for woofers and braces (you are using braces?) let's estimate a 4.2 cuft net. With a 3" round port to tune to 35Hz, it needs to be 1.5 inches long.
