2012 challenger radio problems

i have a 2012 dodge challenger r/t and a kenwood dnx7100 using the crux interface the sound cuts out every 10 seconds.

never used a crux interface but i know some interfaces have a small gain knob that might need adjusting. if you have the factory amplified system then you might be overdriving the inputs with that interface.
is it just the sound that cuts out or are there any noticeable changes to the kenwood like maybe the lights get brighter or dimmer. maybe a lack of power or a loose connection so check your wiring. also sometimes it is common for you to have to wire it a different way depending on the type of system you have. amplified systems usually only use two sets of speaker wires from the radio to use as signal. go back and read the instructions just to make sure you didnt make a wiring mix up.

Use the PAC-Audio piece. We recently tried some of the Crux Bluetooth pieces and have determined that they are real pieces of Crux.
