I have a customer with a bluetooth radio underneath in the bow of their boat. The customer can't control the radio when they are located in the upper captains deck. Does anyone know if they make a bluetooth repeater/extender that I could install to extend the bluetooth range?

Is this possible or am I blowing smoke? If not possible, any suggestions on what I could do besides move the radio? I'm running out of ideas.

They do make InfraRed repeaters that if the radio is has an infrared remote control, they could carry the remote control upstairs and point it into the infrared repeater and it will send it to the front of the radio.

UPDATE: I found a bluetooth repeater that works incredibly awesome. It allows you to have a bluetooth range of up to 150ft (50 yards). I tested it at the marina and it work just as stated along with no sound quality loss and I had several boats in the way.
I had a JVC KDR-740BT in the boat and plugged the Miccus RTX bluetooth transmitter/receiver into the USB port for power and the AUX port for audio. It only allows you to pair one device at a time so you have to do a hard reset to pair another device. I believe you can also piggy back the devices to extend the bluetooth further than 150ft (50 yards).
On top of everything, this device retails for $59.99. It's well worth the money and makes a get solution for someone in this position.
Here is there website/product:
