I'm installing a aftermarket radio in a 1989 ford mustang new speakers and when put directally to speaker got sound and when I wired in no sound y

Did you power the amplifier turn on lead?

Did you purchase the appropriate wiring harness, or did you cut the factory plug and hardwire?
If you purchased the harness, connect your radio's blue or blue/white wire to the blue and blue/white wire of the harness.
If you cut and hardwired, let us know and we can give you a wire color from the vehicle.

Well I just ran new speaker wire to radio itself wired yellow to yellow black to chasse and red to BLACK / YELLOW and keep blowing fuse then wired yellow and red to yellow and got power and now no sound tryed 9 volt trick speaker work then put speaker to radio itself and nothing
