Hi guys, I have Scosche Line output converter inputs are from A1-A8
I want to run a 200W RMS sub only.
The car has a factory amplifier. So I tapped into the rear left and right speakers and hooked them up to the LOC with positive to positive and negative to negative for each speaker.
I hooked them up to the amp but there was no sound coming from the sub.
Then I brought a little TV and hooked the RCA's cables to the TV and switched the channel on the TV and there was no sound, So I'm guessing it's the LOC problem for sure.
My amp has High input [+ - GND - +] but i dont have the connector, is there any place i can buy the connector from and skip the LOC. My amp is Crunch PowerZone p1100.2
thanks in advance.

The first thing to check is level or gain settings. Does your LOC have gain controls? Were the speakers you tapped into still playing? How is the amp gain set (and from your comments I assume it's not new: are you certain it works?)

if there are adjustments on the LOC then those probably need to be turned up, they are gain controls and if they are all the way down like most come set from the factory them you will not hear any sound.

Connect only one of the rca jacks to the amp. If you are using a one channel amplifier and you wired the LOC out of phase, it will have no output.
