Hi there,
i'm searching for a solution for the following, I'm trying to install an aftermarket head unit into 2005 Chrysler Grand Voyager with digital amplifier turn on. There is a WHITE/ purple wire in the cars radio harness that has no connection on the new radio harness. When the OE radio is in play the amp goes fine, but without that data wire (did cut it to see what happened. Without the key on of course), the system is mute.
I know that bypassing the amp is possible but i wonder if any very clever people have found how to keep the OE amp working with an aftermarket H/U in the dash.
The fuse box in the car does not have the NBS relay.
I am in New Zealand so the vehicles name may be a little different in the US. Best i have found is the Town and Country.
Many thanks in advance.

That looks a lot like the Pacifica that is sold stateside. You need to do some research to make sure that may be the case. If it is the same as the Pacifica, you must have the following harness.
