Just have a simple question maybe someone can answer so hopefully I'm following rules. I'm hooking up aftermarket stereo in a 2000 Buick Lesabre and I'v got a wire harness with ( not counting speaker wires) a red, orange, black, 3 brown, and 2 yellow. I've looked at countless diagrams for this vehicle and most say 12v constant is orange and switched yellow, but which one? Also I've always known power to use the red wire and it doesn't even have a blue wire for remote turn on. I'm completely lost to the point that without some help the rest of family will know that I don't knoe everything and we can't have that.

Is the plug for the factory stereo still there?
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

Its an old ribbion style hookup but yes the plug in port is still there in the dash. Or are you talking about the in the head unit? I'll have to check when I get off work. Thanks for responding.
