Right now I am running 1/0 from tha battery to the D-Block then 4G to my amps. But I am changing my system, and I have 2 xtant X1001's and 2 xtant x604'sDo they make something bigger than 1/0 or can I just run 1/0 to all the amps

According to Xtant, each of your amps requires a 120A fuse.  Really what that means is that when they're being pushed to their max they'll draw maybe 110-115A.  But still anything more than 350A total is probably too much for a single 1/0 cable.  If you don't push the amps very hard then they won't use anywhere near as much power and you could probably get by with the single 1/0 wire.

I know that they say that the amps will accept up to 1/0 gauge but that doesn't mean they NEED 1/0 gauge.  If they had a fuse rating of 250A each, then I'd say that yes they do each need their own 1/0 gauge connection.  But when you check out the "fusing requirement" for each amp, it's only 120A, which can easily be handled by a 2 gauge wire.

I've never seen anything for car audio that's bigger than 1/0 gauge, because once you get up to that amount of power you're almost always looking at a multiple alternator/multiple distro. block setup.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of alternators do you have (or plan to have) running, and what are they rated for?

if you have air and all the options it is probably a 140A...that seems typical for the loaded Dodge trucks...
as far as car audio is concerned I think esmith is mostly correct...I have seen 2/0 in Monster Cable a long time ago, and I think Esoteric Audio (now extinct) also had some 2/0 wire...
however, if you werent concerned with cosmetics, you can get welding wire in up to 4/0, and I think bigger is obtainable if you really do your research...but 4/0 is about 2 and a half inches thick...it is actually even fairly flexible considering its massive size...
if you are looking for a high quality high output alternator, contact dominick irragi from irragi alternators... dominick@tds.net he builds great alternators and I am pretty sure he has built alot of Dodge alternators...I have a 250A alternator he built and its great...my buddy has a 220A as well, and neither of us have had a problem...
you are looking at drawing a massive amount of current there, I am not even sure what size of alternator you would be looking at...400A or so as a rough guess, but thats purely stereo consumption, leaving nothing for the truck itself to run...as much as I hate to say it, you may be looking at running a dual alternator setup in order to feed everything...the problem in doing that is they are prone to creating alot of unwanted noise that is sometimes hard to get rid of...
are you looking at competing in SPL or is this a daily driver? what subs are you thinking about running?
