What kind of subwoofer is it, and what is the amp that's powering it?  Did you remove the amp in addition to the sub, or did you just remove the sub?

i got a punch 600 amp and 2 10's of jl audio...recently i disconnceted the subwoofer and took it out (the amp remained,) the trunk for more space for my baggages, when i put it back on, my power is gone, the woofer doesnt seem to work anymore,,, i checked all the connections, everything seems to be fine. but i still dont know where the problem is.......

I would suspect the amp is the problem unless the subs were handled in such a way as could have damaged them.  Before you do anything else I would suggest that you disconnect and recconect all the wiring ( battery, chassis ground, Both ends of the remote turn on wire, amp points, ect) and double check all you fuses.  You could have messed up one of the amp's connections by setting all that baggage on it or accidentally shorted it out.  Find someone else who is willing to let you hook up you subs to their amp and if the subs work then you know its the amp or if the don't then its the subs.  Also you might want to double check the wiring inside the sub box just in case.
If quiters never win, and winners never quit, who the heck came up with the idea that you should quit while your ahead?

When you say you have no power is the amp not turning on? Take a 9 volt battery and hook it up to your sub(s) wires see if the sub(s) move in or out. If they do that means the subs work. Also dose the amp have a protection light? If so is it going into protection mode?
