i just bought a new-to-me car, a '98 Olds Intrigue.  I finally got my system in; an mtx 81000d and two kicker xpl 15"s, but i am having dimming problems already.  I need a suggestion for a good cap to help with the problem.

With that much power I would suggest a high output alternator rather than a capacitor. Don’t waste your time adding the cap just do it the correct way and supply the electrical system with the power it needs to function correctly. Trust me a capacitor will not perform any magic, It dose not produce power which is what you need.

Yes bberman1 is right, First Get a High Output Alternator, Second a Deep Cycle Battery Like a yellow Optima Top.////
