Is it possible to build a box for 2 10W0-4 out of plexiglass. If so What thickness would be need to equal up to 3/4" MDF.

It’s defiantly possible, I have incorporated plexi into enclosures but I have never done a full plexi enclosure. I would suggest that you use at lest 1/2 plexi, I don’t know how to screw everything together or what glue they use at the joints. But Gately Audio is very well known for their plexi enclosures they sell prefab ones you might want to check them out. http://www.gatelyaudio.com
