Parking brake/brake pedal wiring

I have a 1999 Ford Expedition with a Alpine CVA1004 and am wondering if anyone has an idea of the color of the wiring for the parking brake and the brake pedal so I can get into the setup screen of the monitor.  Also... by chance, how to bypass the parking brake issue to watch DVD.

To bypass you will need either a momentary switch and a toggle switch or a module, I don't know who makes it. If you are going to by pass it then don't bother even hooking it up to the car. Wire a +12V through the momentary switch to the regular brake wire on the cva and a ground through the toggle switch to the e-brake wire of the cva. Then just use the switches to simulate the sequence to turn the video on.Certified Security Specialist
