Hi I want to get 2- Rockford Fosgate HE2's and an 801s amp and I want to have it installed under my back and was wondering if it would be possible. If it is possible I would be glad if someone could help me with the spec's. Thanks

Don't do 12's under that seat, a couple of 10" is a much better choice, they (generally speaking) take up less physical space, need a smaller enclosure and with the choice of proper subs / box / amp can have a intense and deep response. I like the choice of your amp, but would go for different subs. What kind of output are you after?

I am looking for deep bass and want to keep my back seat I also was wondering what type of speakers would be better than the fosgate HE2's. Or should I get 4 HE 12's and take out my back seat.

If you want deep bass and sq to boot, one 10" aluminum will hand two Kicker L7's their pink slips, these subs take a super small sealed box, handle an insane amount of power and abuse and can do what very few speakers can, that is sound real good across all frequency ranges, reach way down and play with authority if needed. I use these subs on a regular basis for under the seats of GM Xtracab pickups and I have never had a customer that did not get what he paid for. Bigger subs do not necessarily mean deeper bass. Get ready for a price shocker though, one Eclipse aluminum is as expensive as 2 -4 Rockford subs. I would choose a couple of Eclipse SW8102dvc subs, don't look on the net for them, they are not available, they are only available from a specialty retailer.
