Constant and remote power on the HU to the +12V from the power supply.  Ground to ground.  I'd be sure to use a fuse appropriate to the HU on the constant lead, and be sure your power supply can handle the current draw of the HU.

Ok I got 2 black wires. One is part of the 12 different wires on the headunit, and the other black one is on the other side of the headunit. Which one I use, and then I got my power supply plugged in, i got the yellow from PSU hooked up to the yellow on the headunit, and the power supply fan doesn't even turn on. Need some help I gotta figure this out, please help me out, thanks

Well... the short answer to biggyd13 above is to STOP and get help from an electrician, since it does not appear you know what you are doing.  No offense, but the questions you ask in your second post tells me you have no clue here.  Get help.  Don't mess around with electrcial components you do not understand.

My original post WAS the short answer for anyone who knows how to work with power supplies.

I do know what I'm talking about for the most part, i just figured out the wire black wire is for the attenna, i just dont understand why it wont work, when i connect the ground, and the power, i already checked up and both yellow wries on PSU and HU are the +12v wires. Let me know, thanks for the advise of letting this be, but I'll be fine, im not putting my figners around any open wires, and i make sure everything is unplugged before i connect anytihng, just let me know, i tried a different hu and it still doesn't work, and the one i just tried is installed in my bro's car, let me know whats up.. thanks

Make sure you are connecting +12V to BOTH the constant and the switched leads for the HU, and the ground conenction for the HU to the neutral or return on the PS.

Ok this is what I'm doing exactly tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

The power connection im using on the PS has 4 wires, yellow +12v, 2 black ground wires, and a red +5v. those 4 wires come out of the ps, and combine with another set of 4 wires where they connect into that plastic. then 4 wires branch off of there, and go to another plastic thing at the end. I don't use the one on the end, i use the first set of 4 coming out of the ps. So i take those wires out of the plastic, and i combine them like how they were without the plastic on them. i take the yellow on the ps, to the yellow and red on the h like you just said, and connected the ground from the hu to only 1 of the groudns on the ps. the fan on the ps doesn't even kick in, making me know its not even powering anything up... If i did something wrong let me know... other then that im just stuck..

-Mike

p.s. i apprecaite all the help

If you turn on the PS, the fan should come on with nothing hooked to it - unless it is a thermally controlled fan, and then it has to warm up first.  Test the voltage output between the yellow and black wires on your PS output.  If it is 12V, then you are doing it correctly and something must be wrong with the HU.  If it is not 12V, then you have a bad PS or a blown fuse.
