Hi,

I have a chance to purchase a Soundstream MC500 amp. I was wondering what people's thoughts on this amp are. How much do you figure this amp to be worth on the used market?

It's 125wx4 into 4ohms.

It is a big nasty monster, light blue in color if I remember right. It is a real Soundstream amp, balls as big as a bull and good build quality. Most Soundstream amps used very proprietary parts in this era, if you have a failure parts are going to be next to impossible to find. This is a good amp, no doubt, just weigh the options carefully.
