RF vs MTX

which out of these 2 is better.  For example the rockford HE or the MTX 600 and the RF Power HX2 compared to the 9500.  I will be running a jbl BP1200 to each woofer also to increase power, i just want some other opinions.  Also what does tuning mean for example when you tune a port to 28hz what does that mean, at 28 hz it sounds the best?

I am a big fan of the 9500's. There is no problem with the RF's. They are loud as hell, I just think the MTX sound better.

It means the subs will play at the frequency level of 28 hertz. As far as the 9500 to the HX2- that is an unfair match.

i personally like the MTX 8000.  but my cousin had 2 HX2s in his nissan and it hurt.  theyre both good as far as im concerned.  havent heard the 9500s yet, tho.
