I recently removed the battery from my 1998 new beetle; the radio went into safe mode, I think I entered  the wrong code or did the procedure wrong, and now the radio stays in "safe " mode, it won't let me type in the security code. I tried disconnecting the battery again, but that did'nt work. Any advice?
