I can't get the door and rear speakers to work. what do i do? please help

There may be an amp for them. There are usually two ground connections at the radio. One is a ground strap and one is a wire with a female spade on it. The wire one must be grounded to the strap and the radio. The radio's power antenna wire must be hooked up (GREEN/ red) to trigger the amp. Check all fuses in the vehicle.
