INFINITY KAPPA PERFECT 12d VQ 12 are these any good? are they better than cerwin vega. i plan on getting the cv or these infinities. i plan on getting 4 of them. let me kno. p.s. will 1501bd be a good amp for 4 of those infinities?

Any good? Yes.  Better than V-Max Cerwin Vega?  Maybe.  They have better SQ, certainly.  1501bd as a power source? Sure.

Kappas have much better SQ.  CV's might win in an all-out SPL competition, but I doubt they would last as long.  Depends on what you want.  I would choose Infinity over any of your other choices so far (Audiobahn or Cerwin Vega.)  Actually, if I was building a new system for my personal use, I'd probably choose a JBL GTi.  But then again I'd NEVER run 4 x 12's of any kind in my car.  Once you get into that particular SPL realm, it begins to just not matter anymore...

:)  No, not getting frustrated, no worries.  Just busy today.  If you can afford the Kappas, go for them and you won't be sorry.  If you can spend a bit more, go for Eclipse.
