Hey, I would like to get some opinions about how to wire my amp and woofers.

my amp is kenwood kac-7201 2X150 at 4ohms and 2X230 at 2 ohms

and i have two kenwood subs 12" kfc-w3005 700w peak, 175rms input rate. and they are 4ohm stable

Is it possible to wire the subs so that i run the amp in 2ohms to get 2X230rms ? or should i even do that or not?

you can either run each sub to its own channel or run the subs in parallel to the amp, bridged. this is all assuming that your subs are single vc.

so if i run the subs in parallel to the amp, bridged

will that give me 230wX2 at 2 ohms ? Would you suggest connecting like this even thou the rated input for subs are 175rms ?
