have been given an old kenwood cd player. but there is no sound from any speakers? the left ft was working but now it isnt. not on the radio or cd. something has gone. please help

Try hooking a speaker directly to your CD player, if it works that means something is wrong with the cars wiring. If not then something is wrong with the speakers, or the CD player. Try multiple speakers, if they all dont work its the CD player.
