I want to remove my sub and amp, but only if I don't have to do anything with the wires.  I don't want to pull them out.  If that is possible, what would I do with them?

You want to remove the sub and amp but leave the wires in there? Are you going to be hooking something else up? If so then yeah you wont have to remove the wires. If you dont replace the sub and amp then you COULD leave the wires in there, but its not a good idea. If you leave the wires in the vehicle make sure and tape off the power source so you dont short it on anything. Ideally it would be best to remove all of the wires you are not using and fill the holes with seomthing to assure you wont get any water entereing the holes.

eh, you could leave the wires there. Wont make a difference. The only thing that it will affect is the appearance of the trunk. Just be sure to remove the fuse for the power wire so you dont have to worry about it sparking or poppin the fuse, etc. you could probably just hide the wires under the trunk carpet.

Thanks for the replys.  There was already no power running to the amp in the first place, which was why I wanted to take it out.  I took out one fuse.  I'm not really sure if that is it, though?

And unplug the rca cables behind the cdplayer. Then tape the rca on the cd player so they do not ground out. Better safe than sorry.
