The color codes are:  Yellow - constant,  Red- switched, black- ground,  Gray series - FR, White series - FL, Green series - RL, Purple series - RR,  The alarm white wire gets connected to your door trigger or dome light.  You must then program your radio for (-) or (+) input and how long of a delay you want.  This is all done through your Function key.Do it right the first time

Okay, you have an older pioneer.  The red is switched power, orange is 12v constant, blue is remote turn-on, black is ground, white connects to your door trigger or dome light, green is RL (+), GREEN/ black is RL(-), GREEN/ purple is FL (+), BLACK/ green is FL(-).  Gray is FR(+), gray/black is FR(-). gray/red is RR(+) and BLACK/ gray is RR(-).  Brown is mute for a cell phone hands free kitDo it right the first time
