Hey people.

Getting ready to replace my head unit. And am looking for someone to step up and offer some input.

I currently have the panasonic cqvad-7300U headunit, panasonic 8disc cd changer, panasonic cr-srt100 sirrius satellite tuner,

Panasonic CQ-VAD7300 7" TFT DVD/CD/TV Tuner (head unit)

PYLE PLTVD122 Secondary DVD/CD/TV Tuner (Aux Media Player/Tuner)

Panasonic CX-DP880 8 Disc CD Changer

Panasonic CR-SRT100 Sirius Satellite Receiver

Rockford Fosgate BD1000.1 Monobolck Amplifiers (2 Amps Bridged via BDSync function)

Rockford Fosgate  Punch 400.4 4 channel amp

Audiobahn ACAP501Q Digital 5 Farad capacitor bank and power distibution

Polk DB 6500 6.5 components (2 pairs front and rear door installs)

Rockford Fosgate RF3112 subwoofers (3 wired to 3ohm load)

6.5" front seat headrest monitors

17" Rear Flip-Down Monitor

Power Acoustik AVIR-6 Wireless Audio/Video Controller

Sony PS2 Game Console

As you can see, I gave Panasonic my business and have been WAITING and WAITING for the navigation vapro ware to arive, basically, I know that they have not done ANYTHING to bring the U.K. navigation systems to the USA and I am tired of waiting for it, hell, they dont even answer email inquirys to development.

NOW, comes the time to make the SWITCH. I have been looking at the new Pioneer AVIC-N1 along with the p910XM, P680, and P6400TV. Dollar for Dollar, feature for feature, I can't really see a reason to not go with it. I'm seeing it new/boxed/w warrenty for 1450.00.

I've looked at the Alpine D300 and N852A package, as well as the Kenwood Excelon package, I even looked at the new AudioVox package installed in the Truckin Sequioa for CES as well as the Pyle Universal PLDNVD95 (uses RCA Video/Audio to connect, and ebay'n for 385.00 with software)

Anyways, I'm just looking for someone to save me from my Panasonic screwup if possible, I havent owned Alpine since CVA1000 days, and really enjoyed it, but your talking about thousands of dollars more for the Alpine, so I cant see doing it.

Thanks for the time and help.

John

I am a big fan of the pioneer system and have seen it in action. I was very happy with the way it preformed. I cant say its better or worse than the alpine system because I havent used the alpine, but I can say that you arent gonna be disapointed with the pioneer.
double-secret reverse-osmosis speaker-cone-induced high-level interference distortion, Its a killer
