Elipse 5331 Head Unit

does anyone know if this head unit runs off of an amp or is there a preamp?

The 5331 has an internal amplifier and dual preamp outputs. It was a great cd player in it's time. About 7 years old now.

yeah i know its old but my other HU isnt working so somebody gave me this one. i guess it doesnt work though because i hooked everything up and cannot seem to get it to work..so i assumed it ran off of an external amp or something. thanks bro.

The 5331 has ESN.  Do you have the security CD?
