i want to take the inside shell of the 97 f150 center console and fiberglass the inside making it strong. i'm wanting to use a 10" sub. i can fire it toward the driver, pass., or down. if firing down, the gap will only be 2-4". 4" at the most. im going to use a pioneer ts-w255c 10" svc 700 max. im just wondering, and maybe has done the same thing.
p.s. its the same design as the stealthbox...
also any ideas for decent bass under the extended cab rear bench? im thinking i must raise the seat a few inches.

I did the same sorta thing in a king ranch but I used the rear center consol and fired the sub strait up under a false grill. It worked out really well. If I was you I would down fire that sub for best results. Also dont be afraid to throw some power at it. I have thrown 400 rms legit at the 12 and it absolutly hammered.
double-secret reverse-osmosis speaker-cone-induced high-level interference distortion, Its a killer
