problem with deck

sup I have a kenwood dvd in-dash player on my car for about 2 months.... three days later I decided to adda 15 inch sub with an 800 watt amp powering the sub... Well I did all the connections properly to the amp and I get it working. Now about 1 hour later the amp turns off. I check the battery fuse for them amp and it was blown, I was using a 30 fuse. So I replaced with a diferrent on 30 again. the same thing happened again. now on the third time of replacing the battery fuse my deck would not turn on anymore. So I unhook the amp and try to see if that was the problem but still my dekc would not turn on. Do you guys think that I burned my deck out or could it be some wiring problems????? What do you guys think I can do about this problem.....

Check the fuse in the back of the deck and the radio fuse in the fuse box for the car. are there any other accessaries besides the 1 amp that is used by the remote wire?

that is the only thing hooked up to it, I did check the car fuses and they seem coo, I need to check the deck fused though.......

aight. I found what the problem was, it was actually the constand volt wire from my car that came loose, so it wasnt really hooked up to the deck. All of my fuses were in working condition. Now what I did was I actually upgraded to some better wires for my amp, I got a 2 gauge for the ground and batter, plus I upgrade the fuse too. I havent had problems since then........
