Is it possible to get a 2 Ohm load out of a 4 Ohm SVC speaker? The amp I am running to my mids and hi's doubles output at 2 Ohm stereo. Right now it is at 4 Ohm stereo.

No, you can not get a 2 ohm load from one 4 ohm SVC woofer. If you connect a second 4 ohm SVC woofer in parallel with the first you can.

Yeah, I know I can do it if I add a second spkr in parallel with the first, but I was wondering if anyone made a contraption of some sort like a 4 ohm resistor that would allow the amp to see a 2 ohm load as if it were in parallel.
