im installing a serious a/v system in a customers new kodiak. the kodiak is a work dump truck 4 dr cab/ chevy dually bed. its pretty sick. anyway im wondering what harness and dash kit im to use and the stock speaker sizes. i would guess a 04 chevy truck, but the dash (and everything else) is different. i took digital pics of the truck and dash but dont know how to post them. im putting the equipment together and would like some help so i dont have to use the trial and error method. if anyone can help....

The only thing I can help you with is the image upload.  The reply box has a toolbar at the top, 3rd from the right is 'Image Upload'.  Size the pic to 640 X 480, or 200 pixels pr inch, so the pic is not too big.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

looks like a normal chev radio housing will work, , its the same radio as in the half tons and such, , and i can't see them changeing the wire harness , , so its gona be the old style  , , or the new data style, , , , so thats outa the way, , now with speakers, , whell,, your on your own, sorry i can't help much more

the speaks all around are 6.5. i took off the door panels today. alpine guy, i know the old style plug. do you know a model number on the new harness? i come up with vt-gmrc-01 from metra.
