i am looking for a pretty good quality mono amp to push out around 800 X 1 @ 2 Ohms for my 2 12's. Looking to spend as little as possible but around 225 or so would b good. Any advice or recommendations appreciated.

Finding a good amp that cheap might be difficult. The JBL 600.1 is a little less powerful then you want, but its in the pricerange. Also, try looking for stuff on onlinecarstereo.com, sounddomain.com and partsexpress.com, they are all reputable internet dealers.
