While doing some  work on my 2004 F250 Superduty PSD I had to disconnect the batteries.  After reconnecting the batteries I found that the receiver would not turn on.  None of the wiring for the stereo was touched, the fuses ohm out good and there is 12V coming out of both connectors in the rear of the unit.

Any ideas on what would have caused it to die?

Thanks.  I forgot to mention that I had tried the reset.

Figure I will leave it at the service center for the week I will be out of town.
