When head unit of say 25x4 rms is setup to only run 2 of 4 speakers from its wiring harness out the back does it run them at 50 watts per speaker because it doesnt have the other two speakers to power or does it run them at 25 watts still. And if it does still run them at 25 watts is there anway to change it to 50? thanks

Nope..it's still only putting out 25 watts rms.
