I'm in the process of replacing a system that a previous owner of my vehicle had installed. I'm not sure what size the wiring is to the trunk for the amps but i could find out (just gotta look). I'm am putting it two RF old school 360a2's powering two MTX thunder 8000's, what size wire is recommended for the power wires ? Also in the near future i will be adding an amp for new Alpine sps-171 components all round and will prob run about a 200-300w / 4 amp for them, so i wanna make sure that the wiring i install will be able to run all three amps just fine.

Will i be needing a better battery as well ? or alternator (90 amp at the moment)

You'll be running about 900 total watts with all three amps, so you want at least 4 AWG and 2 if you can swing it.  You will definately want a higher output alternator since you'll pull around 125 to 150 amps.
