Where is located the amplifier in a Passat 1991

Check under the rear seat or in the trunk under the rear deck.

Don't leave it unplugged though, I took one out of a '93 Passat and the ABS brake light was stuck on....I still don't know why, but that's what happened.

I'm still wondering why....does anyone want to tell me?
