I have a pioneer deh-p675 cd player which I think is about 8 years old. I have lost my install manual and am trying to figure out which wires to hook up for the speakers. I check 12volts stereo guide and the wire colors don't match. Anybody have a manual or is there a way I can test the wires to know which speaker wire is my postive and which is my negative?

most companies have their archived manuals online. I haven't checked Pioneer at all, but all of the ones I have checked do.

What color are your wires? If there are two wires the same color (for each speaker) but one has a black tracer on it, that is the neg.

The older pioneers are as follows:    12v constant = orange, 12v switched =  red,  ground = black,  RF = gray (+) and gray/black (-), LF = green (+) and GREEN/ black (-),  RR = gray/red (+) and gray/black (-) and RL = GREEN/ red (+) and GREEN/ black (-).
