Need help with a couple items.

1) Which wire is the switched 12 volts at the factory stereo plug?

2) Is there a way to integrate the On-Star system to an aftermarket stereo, if so which wires are which?

I have a Clarion ARX7270 w/ Changer hooked up, and is working fine, but I would like to have the funtionality that the factory stereo had... ie: stereo stays on until you open the door and On-Star. My HU has a RCA input and a cel-phone mute, but I'm not sure if I can get that to work right. Not to mention, I can't find the wiring diagram anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PAC and several other companies make interfaces that will allow you to incorporate Onstar and the other features to your Clarion.

Thanks for the input guys!!! What about the ignition wire though? Is it the same as the older VW's? The orange wire?

the Metra module gives you an accessory wire to use that also retains the RAP feature.....
