What unit would fit a 4runner? The stock deck is already wired up for a cd changer i just need to know which manafacture it is?

Alpine, Audiovox & Pioneer.  But I think U will need a changer Interface for those units

Doesnt blizt make and adapter? The Factory radio i have does have a the cd changer interface on it. I remember when i was installing car audio we could add aftermarket cd chargers into factory cars with an adapter.

Not sure about Blitz. I use Peripheral     www.peripheralelectronics.com and those are the only units I know will interface with FACTORY Radios
