Ford F 150 4 Door

I am 50 YO, I have a 2001 Ford F-150 4 door. I want to put a nice sound system in, I have no knowledge of the new systems. I have a Kenwood KDC315S and a KDC C665 changer to install, Help me with speakers and Amp. What to buy and where to install, can I leave factory speakers and add to them or what.****** Springer

your best bet is to remove the factory speaker and add aftermarket ones, it would be best if you had a set price range.
