I have an install a few months old now that has come back.  The problem that has begun is the subs pop when you turn the vehicle off and on.

I installed a ground loop isolator, no real help, as i expected.

I also unplugged the RCA from the amp, and the pop is still present.

Tommorrow I am goint to try a 10 amp inline filter.

ANY comments or suggestions would be helpful.

Did you use a remote turn on lead from an aftermarket deck to turn the amp on? Or is it an accessory turn on from a factory deck?

I had that happen when I used a factory deck and LOC and whenever the customer turned the car on with the radio off it would do that. The amp was amplifying no signal so it would just pop when you turn it on.

I had a problem similar to that once. I had to put a delay switch in the remote turn on line.

try putting a 30 amp relay inline with the remote wire. I used that to eliminate the turn on pop I had in my truck

Check those grounds...and try turning the gains down. The customer may of turned it up by "accident."
