Right now i have 2 3way speakers in the front being powered by my head unit(50x4). I wanted to know if i could power these 2 front speakers by my 2 channel bazooka amp. Would the amp make them sound louder and clearer? Also if this would work, should i set my high pass crossover on the amp?

Sure you can do that.  Depending on the size and type of speakers the high-pass setting will vary, but in general try setting it around 100Hz.

OK, here's the deal.. Your head unit actually puts out 22 watts per channel, and only from 50Hz - 15Khz and with 5% THD!  This performance is, well, pretty crappy.  Your Bazooka, although not the cleanest amp in the world, is rated at 100 watts per channel into 4 ohms at .3% THD and with full frequency response from 20Hz - 22Khz.  So the amplifier is far, far better than the HU.  Your Pioneer 6X8 speakers are rated for 50 watts RMS (always ignore max power ratings they mean nothing.)  If you cross them over above 100Hz (a good value for 6X8 woofers) they should handle closer to 70 watts continuous.  So be careful to set up the amp properly (adjust gain properly to match the HU RCA outputs) so it is not clipping and don't crank the volume too much and they should be fine.

I plan on changing the head unit to eclipse 3434 or the 3424. Should i power the back speakers by head unit and the front by amp? I am getting memphis components in the front and leaving the back speakers to pioneer. Also I am going to power the front components by memphis 2 or 4 channel amp depending on if i should power just 2 front components by amp or all 4 speakers. My question is that with all the new equipment im getting, should i power just the 2 front components by memphis 2 channel amp or power all 4 speakers by memphis 4 channel amp? Thankyou

Ideal world: Power all the speakers off a separate amp and let the head unit run cooler.
Budget driven world: If you don't have the money for a 4-channel amp just use the deck power for the rears.
That one is up to your pocket book. :-)
