I've build me an sub box for the 12" Vccs Pioneer 600w. It is about 70 liters with no port holes. Do i have to put in a port hole?

Without knowing which sub you own it's hard to guess. But I will guess, and I'll say that your enclosure is about two timnes too large for one woofer sealed. You need more like 1.2 cuft, or 34 litres. If you are planning to run two woofers, then your enclosure might work out. Take a look HERE and see if this is your woofer. This sheet has the T/S parameters and recomended enclosure sizes for one Pioneer 12" and if this one is not yours, the pioneerelectronics web site will have the spec sheet you need.

The sub in the sheet is the one that i have. thanx for replying, but i still need to know if it is nesseraly to put in a port-hole.

Your enclosure at 70l is just about the correct size for TWO of those woofers. If you are only using one, the enclosure is too large, regardless of whether it is ported or not. The spec sheet I linked to says the optimum ported enclosure size for that woofer is 1.3 cuft, or about 36.5 litres. So, if you are using one woofer, cut your enclosure in half. If you decide to port it, follow the recomendations on the Pioneer spec sheet. Cheers.

Thats way to big for either a ported or sealed enclosure. You need to build a enclosure with the woofer and design (sealed/ported/bandpass) in mind. You could always fill the enclosure with bricks to displace air, but that would be just silly. Design a enclosure, go to Home Depot or Lowes or whatever, have the pieces cut to fit, glue, screw and carpet to. Thats all the advice I have for you.
