CD Deck Trigger Help Plz

Hi, can somone conferm if the antenna and amp trigger is 12v +.  And would it be ok if I stuck a power tester onto the line would it blow my deck???

I wouldn't recommend it. What i would do is run up to best buy or circuit city or w/e is closest and have them look at it up close and have them confirm it. I saw a kenwood deck blow once when a guy tried that... so sad... (Nice deck too).

The antenna trigger and the amp turn on is 12 + on all aftermarket decks.
