Greetings all,

I am awaiting delivery of my newly ordered 05 F350 Pickup.  I ordered the 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel, which has 2 batteries stock.  Is there anything special I should know about tying my power run into this setup?  In all of my previous vehicles, I have just run some 4awg or larger from the battery to the distro block.  I know in the old days, if you wanted to ADD a battery for your stereo, you needed an isolater, but in this case, it is stock.

Do I just connect to one battery, since the batteries are probably connected already, or should I run to both, or what?

PS.. One of the benefits of the Super Duty's is a factory Dual Alternator option for like $300.  Yes, I ordered that too.   Dual Stock Batteries in Diesel F350 -- posted image.

Your batteries are most likely in parallel.  Just wire to one.
