well im still working on this amp in my 04 F150,  ive tested the wiring, its good.  the power and remote wires both have 12v to them.  the ground has to be good, ive changed it and the point of contact to.  the thing amp turns on and goes back off again.  i dont know what else to check.  the speakers are fine, like ive said i tested all the wire from the back of the cd player up to the amp so i dont know, if there are anymore suggestions let me know, yall have had some great ideas so far, so anyway im out. thanks -dwh2-

I have a suggestion, well 2 actually. Send it back to the manufacturer to have it repaired or throw it away. If all else checks out then the amp is broken.

Are you shure you have the rem on the rem post, and the 12v on the 12v post?   That sounds like those symptoms to me.   Also try disconnecting the rem wire , and jumping a wire from the 12v to the rem post.  That will eliminate any problems with the remote wire.

If thats it, and it still dosn't work then send the amp in.
