I just bought a new Kenwood, model # KDC-3025/KDC-325 with new 6/9 Pioneers speakers, 4 ways and after the company guy installed it, it had no bass what so ever. I tried to play with the many options the radio has but no bass at all. Please, I need to know if is me not knowing how to turn it on or that's just the way its suppose to be. Maybe I need to add an amp only for the bass. Thanx

what vehicle do you have. are you sure the kenwood high pass filters are not on. Also pioneer 6x9's are not gonna give you much bass output in the first place.

First, go back to the "company guy" and ask him why you don't have bass.  Tell us what he says.

Mabye one of the speakers are out of phase. That means that one of the speakers have the positive and negative hooked up backwards. That can cause no bass.

either way, he should take it back, if the installer didnt doit right, why should he tinker with it. go right ahead if you want, but its a waste of your time when he could have possibley not have done his job right, just get him to double check it all because it should work from the get go.

if somthing dosent work right here I either set an appointment to fix it or fix it before it leaves.   Thats not right.   Think maybe he installed bass blockers on them, or mayber you had bass blokers installed prior?
