So I'll be running 2 12" JL W0's seperately. I am going to have them in seperate enclosures since I am going to be making glass enclosures on the opposite sides of my trunk.
Now I have an Alpine MRD-M301, I think the subs as are right now are wired at 4 ohm load, and the amp pushes at 150 x 1 at 4 ohms.
Now I want to wire them to the amp at 2 ohm load, since it pushes 350W x 1 @ 2 ohm load. I was wondering how I would go about doing this?
Since I am going to have 2 sets of speaker wires running to the amp and it's a mono channel. I don't know how to wire up the subs at 2 ohm and I don't know how to wire them to the amp.
Some help appreciated ;)

Also the subs are rated at 4 ohm and I looked at the requirements for air.
It says 1.0 to 1.75 cubic feet of air per sub? That's a big range?

If they are in seperate enclosures how could I go about wiring the subs parallel?
Also, how do they hook up to the amp?

So I basically just run the posotive from both subs and negative from both subs together and then connect them normal?
I think this was another reason my subs weren't hitting. They were wired at 4ohm and were only getting about 75 Watts each.
