I recently decided that I am going to power the stock bose supwoofer found in my center console (2005 Yukon) with a kicker zr-120 that I had for my highs (more info on another thread).  I am planning on buying a soundstream 360.4 to push my highs, and I have a fosgate punch 800.2 pushing two JL audio 10w6's.   I know my setup sounds very random but it is stuff that I have had from previous systems, etc...  As it is right now, I ran a power cable from the battery, and then split it between the two amps.  To install this third amp, can I just split this one power cable coming from the battery to the three amps....  I will not be pushing this system very hard and will likely have the gains on all the amps very low....   Is there anything else I should know before I install this?

Need to know the size of power cable and current draw of the amplifiers. Also, are you using a distribution block?

I'd say go with 1/0 gauge (or 4 gauge if you're cheap)  from the battery to a distro. block, and then either 4 gauge or 8 gauge (use the biggest size the amp will take , or whatever is recommended) from the block to the amp.  Do the same thing for the grounds (4-8 gauge from amps, 1/0-4 gauge for the chassis connection)

If you post the specs of the amps (what size fuses are on them), then we can help you more.  Going with 1/0 gauge from the battery and you'll be safe.
