They're about the same level.  Which one sounds better to you?

I am biased toward Memphis....I have been using their product for about 5 years now and I have always been impressed with their equipment....

Their amps are tough as nails their subs are good quality and tough as hell....

I have abused a lot of Memphis stuff....I have only blown up 4 subs.....(250Watts RMS...400 Max and I put 1100 watts across them...) Plus I like the sound of their equipment....

Candence I have not messed with that much...So I am definatly a biased opinon....

The Cadence amps might be a little bit cleaner than the Memphis. I havn't listened to either brand of amp but I like the small footprint of most of Memphis's amps.

I vote 100% towards Cadence. I think they are cleaner and more efficient than memphis, as i have used an owned both. I just sold my Memphis MOJO for a  ZRS-8 Cadence and i am very pleased. I am very impressed, and you will be too.
"I don't play games. I play Nakamichi and that for real yo" - Probably some japanese kid said this in the early 80's trying to sell stereo out of his trunk lol.
