hey does any one know if clarions dhp7500z cnet signal processor is compatiable with the dxz745mp headunit?

one thing i hate about clarion, there tech support sucks... no email address anywhere on their website?

They both have CeNET connectivity.

I talked with Clarion dealer tech, per tech the units are not compatible. Clarion DHP7500z -- posted image.
